Coast Range Biological, LLC has conducted biological studies in California since 2005. We've served in capacities ranging from field biologist to GIS mapping specialist to project manager leading interdisciplinary teams of scientists. Our diverse experience includes biotic assessments and regulatory agency consultations for residential development projects in Half Moon Bay, a botanical survey and wetland delineation on a 7,000-acre ranch in San Benito County, vegetation mapping and classification in the Santa Cruz Mountains, invasive plant management planning for open space preserves in Santa Clara County, hydrology and construction monitoring in San Mateo and Santa Cruz Counties, habitat restoration in Mendocino County, permit preparation, and biological surveys and wetland delineations on sites ranging from seven hundred square feet to seven thousand acres throughout central and northern California.

We have a diverse list of clients from the public, private, and non-profit sectors. Our clients include municipalities, state and federal agencies, open space agencies, land trusts and other conservation organizations, environmental consulting and engineering firms, land and resource managers, architects, ranchers, farmers, utilities, and numerous other individuals, businesses, and entities requiring biological studies.
